Wow! What a great welcome to me and to the other new priest.
It was also a day of welcoming everyone back from summer vacation.
It happened after every mass.
The food, music, and welcomes were great.

The pastor does a great job bringing the group together and facilitating with faith sharing, prayer, announcements and then discussion and updates.

5:30 AM Nothing like a summer morning in the desert. I was able to begin the day with Morning Prayer as I watched the sunrise over San Jacinto. Ah the mountain.

I was impressed to see the seniors helping pack food that was donated for the needy. Wow! What a great group of people willing to give their time and labor.
They are a part of the A.C.T. Ministry. My parish really does care for the less fortunate. Keep up the good work. You are truly the presence of the Lord for me. Prayers always.
